Our services

We plan, install and manage sales systems that may include ads, AI customer service, CRM, social media, video content, SEO and GEO, and custom apps. The exact scope, deliverables, deadlines and prices of each project are defined in a written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms if there is any conflict.

No guarantee of results

Results vary from business to business. They depend on factors outside our control, such as your market, location, competition, offer, prices, ad budget, the way your team serves customers, and the time and effort you invest.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, return on investment, a specific number of leads, appointments or sales, rankings on Google, or mentions by AI assistants. Examples, demonstrations and numbers shown on this site are not a promise of results.

What we commit to is the work described in your proposal, done with care and based on data.

The Sales Leak Diagnosis has no cost and creates no obligation to hire. Its recommendations are based on the information you provide and are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access needed to your accounts and tools.
• Review and approve content, ads and AI answers in a reasonable time.
• Keep your business compliant with the laws and licenses that apply to it, including advertising rules, consent for calls and text messages, and the privacy of your customers.
• Pay ad budgets directly to the platforms (such as Meta and Google), unless the proposal says otherwise.

Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting and CRM providers. They have their own rules and can change features, reject ads, limit or suspend accounts, or go offline. We follow their policies, but we are not responsible for their decisions or failures.

Artificial intelligence

AI tools can make mistakes. We configure and supervise them, and conversations can be handed to a person whenever needed, but you remain responsible for reviewing information that matters to your business, such as prices, policies and commitments made to customers.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, renewals and cancellation are defined in your proposal or contract. Ad spend and third-party tool subscriptions are separate from our fees unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, design, logo and images) belongs to Segredo na Web and may not be copied without permission. Materials you provide remain yours. Ownership of deliverables created for you is defined in your proposal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales or loss of data. Our total liability related to any service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Signed contracts keep their own terms.
