I’m Alexandre Oliveira, founder of Segredo na Web. I’ve spent more than three decades face to face with customers, closing deals. Today I put that experience into AI systems that attract, answer and follow up for businesses across the Americas and Europe. Whatever language your customers speak, the language of the sale is universal.

Before ads, chatbots and CRMs, there was the sale: listening, understanding what the customer really wants and earning their trust. I’ve done that for over 30 years, and it is still the core of everything I build.
My academic background is in Applied Social Sciences, focused on human behavior in business: why people buy, why they hesitate and what makes them decide. On top of that came certifications in digital marketing and artificial intelligence, always focused on performance and results.
Segredo na Web was born from a simple idea: small businesses rarely lose sales for lack of quality. They lose because nobody answered in time, nobody followed up and nobody measured what worked. That is a system problem. And systems can be built.
And I bring something else: Brazilian creativity, recognized around the world in advertising and communication, at a price that competes with agencies in the US and Europe.
